Do I need to have an account to order?

What if I forgot my password?

What if I entered the wrong email address?
Contact us so we can update your email address. We can change your email, name, and shipping address, but we cannot modify the order details once it has been processed.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All transactions are based in USD. If your PayPal account or bank uses a different currency, your order total will be calculated according to the exchange rate on the day your financial institution processes the transaction.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. After shipping, we will send you an email with tracking information. Please note that delays caused by customs in your country are beyond our control.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order is processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.
What if I’m not home when my package arrives?
If you are not home, the courier may schedule a new delivery attempt or contact you to arrange a delivery. You may also need to pick up your package from your local post office.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Our prices are tax-free in USD. Import taxes, duties, and other customs fees may be charged once the order reaches your destination, depending on local regulations. These fees are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

How do I change or cancel my order?
We can only change or cancel orders that have not been processed for shipping. If the order has already been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
No, promotion and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?
